Bright and vivid colors are often seen as symbols of joy and happiness and they are associated with positive emotions and energy. Joy is one of the most important aspects of life. It can be found in small as well as big things – Joy can be what makes life worth living. When we focus on joy, we are able to let go of the unnecessary complexities and stressors in our lives. We are able to see the beauty in the world around us, and we are able to appreciate the little things that make life so special.

To find joy in life, we need to focus on the present moment. We often get caught up in worrying about the past or the future, but when we are able to be fully present in the here and now, we are able to truly experience the joy that life has to offer.
